Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase at Shapecurve. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original, undamaged packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, and final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please contact our support team at shapecurvebra@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
