Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shapecurve. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship to multiple regions internationally. Estimated delivery times generally range between 7 to 15 business days after shipment processing. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics peaks or holiday seasons.
Tracking Your Package
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 2-5 business days from shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Shapecurve is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.).
Delays and Issues
If your package is held at customs or experiences unexpected transit delays, we will do our best to assist you with tracking information. However, please understand that local customs processes are entirely out of our direct control.
